Condition of Items: Items must be returned in like-new condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration may void the refund eligibility. Proof of Purchase: To process your refund, you must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. (We send free replacements for defective blocks) Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 15 business days.
